1.If cancelled before 30 days of check-in date – 100% refund

2.If cancelled before 15 days of check-in date – 85 % refund

3.If cancelled within 15 days to 11 days of check-in date – 50% Refund

4.If cancelled within 10 days of check-in date or for no show – No Refund

5.If the stay is shortened due to late arrival or early check-out for any reason - No Refund

6.If the Covid -19 situation is out of control and state Government closes the borders, in such case, we will process 100% refund upto10 days before arrival

7.In case of Covid positive case (informed to us minimum 5 days in advance before check-in date) we will either refund 100% of the amount paid or you may keep the amount with us as credit to be used over next 1 year. For last minute cancellation (within 4 days of check-in date), we will keep the tariff in credit with us to be used over next 1 year. You will appreciate that, being in a remote region, we are unable to fill-in vacancies at short notice
